Changes & Cancellations

Should you wish to amend or change your booking, you must contact us directly through mail and get a written approval. No oral approval can be accepted.

Cancellation and prepayment policies

Partially refundable

  • The guest can cancel for no charge up to 21 days before arrival.
  • He will be charged 50% of the total price if he cancels during 21 days before arrival.
  • For a non show, the guest will be charged the full amount of the resevation.
  • No prepayment is needed.

Non refundable

  • The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

 

Pool Use & Safety

  • The use of the pool and sunbeds is free of charge.
  • Guests must follow the safety rules while using the pool.
  • Childrens’ swimming pool use is free under parental surveillance.

 

Children policies

  • Children of all ages are allowed.
  • Childrens’ swimming pool use is free under parental surveillance.

 

Extra bed & crib options

  • Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib.
  • Children from 2 to 12 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
  • People 13 and up stay for EUR 12.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.

Quiet hours are between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. and 11:00PM-08:00AM.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS APPLIED IN IPSOS HOLIDAYS ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINES OF THE GREEK MINISTRY OF TOURISM AND THE GREEK MINISTRY OF HEALTH

Guidelines for guests

  • Respect social distancing of at least 2 meters from others and wash your hands frequently and thoroughly using soap or hand sanitizer before and after each transaction. Use masks, sterilized tissues and sanitizer that we provide you.
  • Check-in in an outdoor area between 15:00 and check-out until 11:00 and self-check-in during the rest of the day and the weekends.
  • Use of electronic means for payments, receipts and invoices.
  • Disinfected keys inside the rooms.
  • Contact trough apps (whatsapp / viber).
  • Entry to non-residents is prohibited.

 

Accommodation rules

  • Meticulous cleaning and disinfection of the rooms after guests’ departure.
  • Staff officially trained to follow and execute on action plans and operational rules and provided with personal protective equipment (masks, gloves). 
  • Constant monitoring of application of health regulations and protocols.
  • Action plan that complies with the recommendations of Greece’s public health organization – EODY.
